EVENT: Anti-Christian Riot

Concilium was contacted by a ministry in East Africa whose expat team members and local partners were attacked by a crowd during a Gospel presentation.
In response, Concilium used its connections with national and international authorities to secure and transport both the expats and local partners and safely relocate them to the capital and safety.

An organization with workers in a Middle Eastern country was facing increasing threats from internal strife and the Syrian conflict.
In response, Concilium Global dispatched a security team who brought to those in country key security resources as well as providing training and assessment that allowed the organization to remain in country and minister.

A church mission trip in Haiti were caught in a riot in the capital. Concilium Global was contacted by a church leader for support.
Concilium Global immediately contacted the ladies and guided them to a safe location. Using local intelligence, Concilium Global identified a safe route to the airport and guided the ladies there. From the airport, the ladies returned safely home.

EVENT: LRA Attacks

Training
A Christian orphanage with 100+ children in South Sudan was facing threats of increasing activity from Joseph Kony and the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), a guerilla group in the area.
In response, Concilium sent a team to provide security assessments
and to develop a contingency and crisis plan for the orphanage. The team
also provided security training for the staff and volunteers.
18 months later, the orphanage faced an attack. As a result of the contingency planning
and training, all staff and children got to safety.
EVENT: Boko Haram Attacks

Concilium was contacted by a hospital ministry in West Africa out of concern due to a growing number of attacks and kidnappings near their hospitals. There was serious concern that the hospitals would have to shut down due to the threat.

In response, Concilium sent a team to provide physical security
assessments and personal security training for hospital staff.
​
As a result of the assessment and security training, these hospitals are still open today serving in the name of Jesus!

Assessment
A restricted access ministry in East Asia contacted Concilium due to increasing threats of state-sponsored persecution. Concilium was asked to provide a program assessment for work in the country.
Concilium assessed the program and provided a summary of recommendations including the implementation of movement and communication security protocols as well as benchmarks for departure to protect the client and local believers.
